About The Position

The Village Care Provider (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s care plan, established nursing care procedures, and the direction of a supervisor. The role helps ensure residents’ needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.

Requirements

• Care about providing resident care.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program with 120 days to complete the state skills and written test.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of previous work experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous care and comfort to assigned residents.
• Feed residents and account for their daily food and liquid intake.
• Assist residents with daily grooming and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
• Help residents stand, walk, exercise, sit, and lie down.
• Safely escort and/or transport residents to and from their rooms and other areas of the facility.
• Complete and maintain patient records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
