About The Position

The Langford Retirement Community is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to care for residents and help create a positive, dignified experience. The community offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, communicating with kindness, maintaining documentation, working with the team, and participating in resident events and activities.

Requirements

• Current Texas CNA certification.
• A heart for service and a team spirit.
• Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a Certified Nursing Aide program is preferred.
• One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Offer residents kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear.
• Maintain documentation and work collaboratively with the team.
• Participate in resident events and activities.
