About The Position

Valley of the Sun Homecare (VOSH) is seeking passionate, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes or care facilities. This role focuses on helping clients maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life, emphasizing care, comfort, and respect as if caring for family members.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle for work-related transportation
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Current TB test
• Clean driving record and acceptable MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum 20 hours available per week (or 16 hours on Sat & Sun)
• Availability for flexible shifts including 4-hour, 8-hour day shifts, and 12-hour extended shifts
• Must be open to at least one typical shift: MORNING (7am-Noon, 5 days/week), DAYS (7am-5pm, 3 days/week), EVENINGS (2pm-10pm, 5 days/week), OVERNIGHTS (7pm-7am, specific nights), or WEEKENDS (at least 8 hours Sat & Sun)
