About The Position

Valley of the Sun Homecare (VOSH) is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time rewarding work in the Phoenix area. VOSH has been serving local families for over 16 years and is looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others, take pride in their work, and desire flexible scheduling with opportunities for regular shifts. The role involves providing one-on-one in-home care, building meaningful relationships, and helping clients remain comfortable in their own homes. Candidates with additional availability often have access to more shift opportunities and regular clients. Certain client areas offer higher hourly pay.

Requirements

Current CNA certification
At least 6 months of caregiving experience, personal or professional
Current TB clearance
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Valid Arizona driver’s license
Current car insurance
Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel 20+ miles each way to clients’ homes
Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
Willing to work every other Saturday OR Sunday
Availability for at least ONE of the following schedules: Morning Shifts (7:00 AM–12:00 PM, at least 5 days per week), Day Shifts (7:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week), Evening Shifts (2:00 PM–1:00 AM, at least 5 days per week), Overnight Shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM, at least 3 nights per week), Weekend Shifts (At least 8 hours Saturday AND 8 hours Sunday)
