About The Position

Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night CNA to provide direct care to residents in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role supports residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being while working with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. The position is listed as full-time and part-time, with night and weekend shifts possible.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required (0 years of experience or related field).
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents using assistive devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide comfort and support, including positioning, transferring, and ambulating residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
• Work with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
