Requirements

• Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification
• Strong communication skills
• A service-driven mindset and eagerness to learn
• Positive, dependable attendance
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow all infection control procedures
• Accurately document vitals and required information
• Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
• Support residents and your care team with a positive, team-focused attitude
