About The Position

Christian Care Retirement Community is seeking an experienced, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team and provide compassionate, quality care to residents in an Assisted Living setting. This PRN (as-needed) position involves assisting residents with their daily needs, serving meals, escorting them to activities, and monitoring their health. The ideal candidate will be a caring individual with excellent communication skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, working efficiently under pressure, and remaining calm in emergencies. The role emphasizes treating residents with dignity and respect, acting as a supportive presence in their daily lives. Requirements

Experienced, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Excellent communication skills.

Demonstrate compassion and patience.

Responsibilities

Act as a helping hand for residents, assisting them with day-to-day needs from morning until night.
Assist residents with tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, and incontinence care when needed.
Help serve nutritious meals.
Escort residents to activities and appointments.
Monitor residents' overall health and wellbeing.
Listen attentively to residents' concerns.
Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance.
Update charts and caregiver logs.
