About The Position

Meadow Ridge is a premier life care retirement community located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, offering Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center. The community's goal is to make residents feel at home by providing quality care and services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment in the Assisted Living neighborhoods.

Requirements

• Must be a CT State Certified CNA to be considered for employment

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
