CNA (Full-Time - Memory Care)
About The Position
Mirabella Seattle, part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in downtown Seattle. The community includes a 46-bed, five-star-rated skilled nursing facility, assisted living floors, and more than 290 independent living residents. The CNA supports residents in the Memory Care unit as part of a specialized Memory Support Program. The program combines specially trained staff, adaptive programs, and purposeful physical space to help residents and their families find joy and meaning. Leadership support includes learning and development, mentorship, and promotion opportunities. Mirabella Seattle will sponsor dementia certification after hire. This is a full-time PM shift, Thursday through Sunday, from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The wage range is $21.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Must hold a CNA license (NAC in Washington State).
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in memory care or senior living is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
