About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care (LTC) Nursing Professional to join our team. This role involves providing essential care to residents in nursing homes or long-term care settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. This position offers evening shifts from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, providing a 40-hour work guarantee on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care and medication as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
