About The Position

We are seeking proven and reliable female Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) to join our dedicated team in Pocahontas, AR. Candidates must be able to start within the next two weeks and exhibit flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be a certified nursing assistant in the state.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including a mix of 8-hour and 16-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work Friday through Monday and be available for overtime as needed.
• Must represent a drama-free demeanor and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Maintaining appropriate personal hygiene and grooming standards is essential.
• All employees are required to wear navy blue scrubs during their shifts.
• Proper footwear with a full back and closed toes must be worn.
• Personal hygiene, including regular bathing and avoidance of heavily scented products, is important to foster a clean and safe environment for residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and support their daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to the nursing staff.
• Help create a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow facility policies and procedures regarding care delivery.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, as assigned by the scheduler.
