About The Position

Capitol Lakes is hiring CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing Team! Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. As a CNA at Capitol Lakes, you will provide person-centered, individualized care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Alongside other clinical staff, you will work collaboratively to promote resident safety and well-being, while assisting residents in all activities of daily living.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Wisconsin is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior CNA experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
