About The Position

John Knox Village is a vibrant life plan community in Pompano Beach, FL, dedicated to helping senior citizens build friendships, engage in activities, and get the most out of life post-retirement. The community is hiring a full-time CNA to join its uplifting nursing team. This role involves providing compassionate caregiving services, nursing support, and friendly companionship to elderly residents. CNAs will engage with residents, form close bonds, and assist with self-care needs such as dressing and meal preparation. They are expected to regularly check in on residents and build relationships with their families, making a lasting difference in the lives of the residents within a professional work environment.

Requirements

• Current Florida CNA license
• Current BLS card
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation position
• Strong English communication skills
• Genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact
• Warm, kind, and patient-oriented personality
