Requirements

Active California CNA certification required
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and supportive manner
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Document care accurately in compliance with state and facility standards
Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents and staff
