Requirements

  • Active California CNA certification required
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and supportive manner
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Document care accurately in compliance with state and facility standards
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents and staff
