Requirements

Driver's License
Access to reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

One year of caregiving experience in a home care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
Help with mobility and transfers (including bed-to-chair and ambulation assistance).
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals or family members.
Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
