About The Position

Griswold Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping people and find purpose in making another person’s day a little easier. As a Griswold caregiver, you will provide personalized support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Every client is different, so your day may include helping with personal care and everyday routines, preparing meals or light housekeeping, providing companionship and conversation, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home, offering medication reminders, and accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed. You will also be responsible for keeping the Griswold team informed about your client’s needs.

Requirements

• Caring, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable working one-on-one with seniors
• A good listener and communicator
• Respectful of each client’s routines, preferences, and independence
• Able to work independently while staying connected with the Griswold team
• Reliable and committed to showing up for clients
• CPR Certified
• Able to provide reliable transportation, a valid driver's and current insurance and registration details

Nice To Haves

• CNA/GNA, CMT certified
