About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a difference as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities to enhance their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
