About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a difference as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities to ensure their comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence. Our services cater to individuals of all ages with varying needs, including those recovering from illness or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing the natural process of aging. We offer a range of services such as personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
