CNA - Universal Worker - (10am-10pm)
About The Position
This full-time position involves delivering exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan. The role includes providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. Universal support duties extend beyond direct care to include assisting with laundry and memory care activities. The CNA will also report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner. Continuous learning and development are encouraged through educational seminars and staff meetings. Compliance with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information is required, along with performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Comfortable working across departments and adjusting duties as community needs shift throughout the day
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
Responsibilities

- Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team

- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
- Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
- Perform any other duties as assigned
