About The Position
Join our Benedictine team as a CNA-NAR (Float) and travel to multiple facilities to provide direct resident care. You will ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, while also charting in the POC system and reporting condition changes to an RN or LPN. This role requires strong time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to travel within a designated Benedictine region as needed.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct resident care.
- Reports condition changes to RN or LPN.
- Charts in POC system.
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Travels and provides care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
