About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking a skilled and adaptable Emergency Medicine (EM) physician to join their regional travel team across the state of Maine. This unique position involves providing exceptional care at five Northern Light Health hospitals: Northern Light AR Gould Hospital, Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital, Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital, Northern Light Mayo Hospital, and Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital. The role offers the variety and flexibility of regional travel while remaining part of a respected healthcare system. The physician will collaborate with experienced clinical teams, serve diverse communities throughout Maine, and provide valuable support where needed most. This opportunity is ideal for an EM physician who thrives on variety, adapts quickly, values teamwork, and desires to make a meaningful difference across multiple communities. The ideal candidate is a board-eligible or board-certified EM physician or a primary care-trained physician with extensive EM experience.
