About The Position
Join our Benedictine team as a CNA-NAR (Float) and travel to multiple facilities to interact with a great team of Associates and residents. You will operate on the front lines, ensuring our residents are treated with dignity, respect, and choices within their lives.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
- Must work 6 shifts in 90 days of first shadow shift.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct resident care.
- Report condition changes to RN or LPN.
- Chart in POC system.
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
