About The Position

Colonial Oaks Health and Rehabilitation is offering a free Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program. This program provides an opportunity to learn and grow in an acute care facility, focusing on different areas of care and how to best care for residents. Upon successful completion of the CNA class, opportunities for free QMA classes are also offered monthly. Colonial Oaks Health and Rehabilitation emphasizes a team-oriented environment where talented and committed team members contribute their unique skills to help residents achieve their highest functional abilities. Requirements

Must Be 16 years old or older.
Succesfully complete the English, Reading and Math Competency Test.
Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.
A passion for caring for people.
Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel.
The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

The Training Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience.
Upon completion of the Program the facility will work to help place candidates in full-time or part-time positions.
105 hour state approved training
