About The Position
Launch Your Healthcare Career – Join Our Free CNA Training Program! Yorkview Nursing and Rehab is hiring part-time Dietary Aides, Cooks, and Housekeeping Staff who are interested in transitioning into a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role. While waiting for the class to begin, you’ll work part-time on-site, gaining hands-on experience and earning a paycheck.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be hired as a part-time employee at Yorkview Nursing and Rehab before class start.
- Must have reliable transportation to the facility.
- Attendance at all CNA class sessions is mandatory; any missed time results in automatic failure.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in transitioning into a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role.
Responsibilities
- Work part-time on-site gaining hands-on experience and earning a paycheck while waiting for the CNA class to begin.
- Attend all mandatory CNA class sessions.
- Complete virtual lectures and in-person lab work and clinical training.
- Perform duties as a part-time Dietary Aide/Cook or Housekeeping/Laundry staff member.
