About The Position

Bethany St. Joseph Corporation is offering a CNA in Training program. This program will pay for the cost of the CNA course, as well as the skills and knowledge exams. While completing the CNA training course, you will work as a Resident Care Assistant / CNA in Training. In this role, you will orient to the facility and start to train on some of the things you will do as a CNA, as well as assist CNAs and Nurses in tasks that you can do without your certification. Upon completion of the CNA program, your wage will increase to $19.75 an hour.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
  • A genuine desire to help others and make a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
