About The Position

Join our team as a CNA Trainee, have your CNA class and testing fee paid for, AND earn $15/hr for your attendance time in the CNA class. BONUS: You will be eligible for a $500 bonus after working as a CNA with us for six consecutive months. This program involves applying for the CNA Trainee position, participating in a successful interview, signing the program agreement, choosing a free CNA class that works best for your schedule (with assistance in signing up), getting paid for each hour completed of the 75-hour class, taking the state competency exam at no cost, and receiving a $500 bonus after six consecutive months of work as a CNA at one of our participating Dove Healthcare locations.

Requirements

  • Apply for the CNA Trainee position.
  • Participate in a successful interview.
  • Sign the program agreement.
  • Complete the 75-hour CNA class.
  • Pass the state competency exam.
  • Work for six consecutive months as a CNA at a Dove Healthcare location.
