About The Position

Founded in 1976, Holy Cross Hospital - Davis has grown into a 220-bed hospital of choice for the flourishing communities of northern Utah. Over the years we have enhanced our care by offering a broad range of services, advanced medical technology, and a comfortable, convenient patient experience. To meet the needs of northern Utah's growing population, we opened a brand-new 16,000-square-foot healthcare facility in Roy, known as the Weber Campus. The Weber Campus, which is convenient for patients in Ogden, Roy, and other neighborhoods west of I-15, currently offers emergency care, radiology, mammography and 24/7 laboratory services. Located in the northern portion of the Wasatch Front and only minutes from Hill Air Force Base, you can enjoy quick access to Ogden, Salt Lake City, Antelope Island State Park, hiking, biking, and the beautiful outdoor activities that Utah is known for. This CNA/Telemetry Tech role provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. While in this position you will continually monitors patients on telemetry by interpreting and recording ECG rhythms and reporting pertinent changes to appropriate personnel. As an CNA on our team, you will be responsible for accuracy of reports and error reconciliation, troubleshooting equipment problems and communicating needs to leader.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic computer skills
  • HS/GED required
  • CNA State Registered in Colorado required
  • Successful completion of ECG exam annually upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Six months previous CNA experience
  • Previous telemetry experience
  • Graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program
  • Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

Responsibilities
