About The Position

Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a part-time weekend position providing senior care. The role offers day and evening shifts, with work scheduled every weekend and every other holiday. Weekend hours are paid at time-and-a-half: the stated weekend rate is $29.05–$32.46 per hour, based on a base rate of $19.37–$21.64 per hour.

CNAs provide compassionate, respectful care, put residents first, advocate for residents’ needs and dignity, and build relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. The position is part of a collaborative and supportive team guided by Greencroft’s CROFT values: Creativity, Respect, Openness, Fairness, and Teamwork.

Requirements

• CNA certification and successful completion of required CNA training and competency exams as approved by the state board of health.
• Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate, respectful care.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.

• High school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
