About The Position
BAYADA's Assistive Care of the Triad office is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to care for clients in their homes. The role involves providing personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults remain safe and independent. BAYADA is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality home health care.
Requirements
- At least one year of work experience.
- Successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
- Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Perform household support tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer range of motion/exercises.
- Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Follow a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.
- Develop close relationships with clients.
