About The Position

EHM Senior Solutions is seeking CNA's to join our Shared Care Services Division. Provide compassionate, in-home care to older adults, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families. Assist with personal care and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.). Provide medication reminders to support client wellness. Bring a positive, uplifting attitude to every client interaction. Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s unique needs. Flexible scheduling with 3-hour shift increments. Opportunities to work with 24-hour care clients. Weekend and evening shifts available. Serve clients throughout Washtenaw County, including Saline, North Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Dexter.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the State of Michigan
• Compassionate, cheerful, and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Genuine desire to support and care for older adults in their homes

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in senior care or customer service is helpful but not required
