About The Position

The Rehab and Nursing Center-Kentridge is located on a 10-acre campus with indoor and outdoor spaces designed to provide opportunities for improving independence, strength, and confidence. Two main floor courtyards provide outdoor space for rest and renewal. Most patient rooms are private, and have an attached bathroom and shower, television with cable, phone, and a large window. Each unit has a large and accessible living and dining space, and a menu-based meal service is provided. The scope of work for this role is responsible for the overall support services for the staff scheduling process. The individual must be able to communicate well with staff and perform the scheduling function as directed. This role works collaboratively with other personnel in matters related to scheduling coverage aspects of patient care and assists with patient scheduling function as needed. The role completes all functions of the staff scheduling process, such as block schedules and vacation calendars, and transcribes scheduling information and staff schedules in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
• CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
