About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to make a difference and feel fulfilled by their work.

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
