Part Time CNA/PCA Caregiver – Chesterfield, VA
About The Position
Trove Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to a client in Chesterfield, Virginia. The role involves helping the client with daily activities and personal care while supporting their comfort, safety, and independence. Caregivers work independently and provide consistent support according to the client's needs and their availability. Part-time shifts are available Monday through Sunday: mornings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Caregivers may work one or both shifts, depending on availability and client needs. The pay range is $18–$25 per hour. Offers of employment are contingent on successfully completing a background check and motor vehicle record screening.
Requirements
- Be reliable, compassionate, and professional.
- Be confident working independently.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have current auto insurance.
- Be able to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care.
- Successfully complete a background check and reference screening.
- Successfully complete a motor vehicle record screening as a condition of employment.

- Comfort around animals is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
- Prepare meals and assist with mealtime.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers, as appropriate.
- Help with light housekeeping and maintain a comfortable home environment.
- Support the client's comfort, safety, and independence.
