About The Position

We are hiring compassionate CNAs, PCAs, Caregivers, Resident Assistants, and Nursing Assistants to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We are looking for individuals to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass background screening
• Drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

• Compassion for seniors and teamwork mindset
• CNA, PCA, NA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant experience
• At least 1 year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
• Strong communication and reliability
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Dementia training required for Memory Care associates

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing, grooming & mobility assistance
• Toileting & incontinence care
• Medication reminders
• Communication with nursing and care teams
• Maintaining a safe, positive environment
• Supporting resident engagement and quality of life
