Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication and reliability
Nice To Haves
- CNA, PCA, NA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant experience
- At least 1 year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Dementia training required for Memory Care associates
Responsibilities
- Help residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for each day by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & mobility
- Assist with toileting & incontinence care
- Provide medication reminders
- Communicate with nursing and care teams
- Maintain a safe, positive environment
- Support resident engagement and quality of life
