About The Position
Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is hosting Walk-In Interviews every Wednesday from 10 AM–4PM for various care team roles including CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Medication Aide, Med Tech, and RMA. This event allows candidates to interview on the spot, meet the leadership team, learn about available shifts and schedules, and explore Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities. The organization emphasizes training and offers referral bonus programs and certification reimbursement bonuses.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable.
- Passionate about working with seniors.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Medication Aide/Med Tech candidates must meet applicable Virginia medication aide training/certification requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, home care or healthcare.
- CNA/PCA/Caregiver experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and transfer assistance, and toileting/personal care.
- Provide resident engagement and companionship.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Assist with medication administration according to Virginia requirements.
- Maintain accurate medication documentation.
- Observe residents and communicate changes to the care team.
- Assist residents with daily care needs.
- Provide friendly, respectful, and dependable service.
