We are looking for compassionate and dependable team members who are passionate about working with seniors. Requirements
- Medication Aide/Med Tech candidates must meet applicable Virginia medication aide training/certification requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, home care or healthcare
- CNA/PCA/Caregiver experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Toileting and personal care
- Resident engagement and companionship
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
- Assisting with medication administration according to Virginia requirements
- Maintaining accurate medication documentation
- Observing residents and communicating changes to the care team
- Assisting residents with daily care needs
- Providing friendly, respectful and dependable service
