About The Position
Assists nurses in providing safe and effective patient care for age groups ranging from adults to a predominantly geriatric population. Helps patients move through hospitalization as rapidly, uneventfully, safely, and effectively as possible. The compensation range reflects base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. New hires can typically expect a starting salary in the lower part of the range; actual salary depends on relevant experience, and no employee will be paid below the range minimum.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Current certification in BLS.
- Six months of experience in a patient care environment.
Nice To Haves
- Current Nurse Aide Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or successful completion of a nurse aide training program.
