About The Position

This position is for a CNA/Nurse Assistant in Acute Care Float. Candidates should be aware that they may be required to stay an hour or more beyond their scheduled time on Tuesdays during orientation week. It is also important to note that while the hiring manager/core leader will discuss this with each candidate, there is no guarantee they will work exclusively as sitters while on the unit. Candidates must be comfortable moving forward under these expectations. This role may float between units as needed. Limited RTO would be helpful as this unit is critical for operations.

Requirements

• Must be aware of potential requirement to stay an hour or more beyond scheduled time on Tuesdays during orientation week.
• Must be comfortable with the expectation that they may not exclusively work as sitters while on the unit.
• Must be available for weekend work as needed.
• Must be available for block schedules.
• Must be able to float between units as needed.
