This position is for a CNA/Nurse Assistant in Acute Care Float. Candidates should be aware that they may be required to stay an hour or more beyond their scheduled time on Tuesdays during orientation week. It is also important to note that while the hiring manager/core leader will discuss this with each candidate, there is no guarantee they will work exclusively as sitters while on the unit. Candidates must confirm they are comfortable moving forward under these expectations. This is a reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) job with 16 hours of NBO compared to the standard 40 hours. The caregiver will float between units as needed. Limited RTO would be helpful as well since this unit is going to be a must-have or can't operate sort of situation. 48 hours are approved.
