About The Position
Always Best Care is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated CNAs and Nurse Aides (NAs) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping seniors live safely and independently at home, we invite you to apply. As a member of our caregiving team, you'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes while building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact every day.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) certification required (CNA accepted)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical support as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
