As a Vivia assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in your designated neighborhood, building meaningful relationships and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You’ll be part of a supportive team, work a consistent full-time schedule, and even receive a company car to help you travel easily between client homes. Vivia CNAs/Nurse Aides are responsible for assisting with daily living activities consisting of: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence care. Preparation of simple meals. Help with light housekeeping/laundry. Assistance with transfers, ambulation/range of motion. Support during physician visits, errands, and shopping. Medication reminders Ensuring living environment is safe and healthy. Location: Oahu, Hawaii Applicants must currently reside on Oahu or be relocating to Oahu in the near future. In addition to benefits, our Vivia assistants CNAs or Nurse Aides: Receive a COMPANY CAR + gas reimbursement. Earn $23 PER HOUR + Bonuses. Work a CONSISTENT FULL TIME schedule. Receive GUARANTEED 40 HOURS except during some holidays. Work DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOOD(S). Work with a CONSISTENT GROUPS OF CLIENTS. Requirements

Completion of a Nurse Aide training program or certification (we accept Active, Out of State and Inactive licenses or certifications)
CNA license/certification is NOT required.
Completion of Nurse Aide training program IS required.
Current Valid Driver's License (required)
Currently residing on or moving soon to Oahu, Hawaii
Received a high school diploma or equivalent education
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
Comfortable driving on Oahu
Ownership of a smartphone and access to email
Full-time: Must be available to work 5 days a week (days vary depending on nurse aide/caregiver)
