HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is hiring compassionate, dependable CNAs and Non-Medical Caregivers for Part-Time opportunities across the Chattanooga area. Our caregivers help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected in the place they call home. Requirements
- Experienced in caregiving, personal care, or senior care
- Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Dependable and take pride in being someone clients can count on
- Patient, respectful, and professional
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Strong communicators who work well with clients, families, and our care team

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and everyday activities
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Provide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activities
- Follow individualized care plans
- Document services provided and communicate important observations to the care team
- Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families
