About The Position
HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is hiring compassionate, dependable CNAs and Non-Medical Caregivers for Part-Time opportunities across the Chattanooga area. Our caregivers help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected in the place they call home. As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll provide the personalized support that helps our clients continue living safely and independently at home. No two clients are exactly alike and that's what makes this work so rewarding. We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others, dependable and take pride in being someone clients can count on, patient, respectful, and professional, comfortable working independently in a client's home, strong communicators who work well with clients, families, and our care team, and experienced in caregiving, personal care, or senior care. Requirements
- Experienced in caregiving, personal care, or senior care

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and everyday activities
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Provide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activities
- Follow individualized care plans
- Document services provided and communicate important observations to the care team
- Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families
