About The Position
The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care at multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region, traveling as required or needed. The role supports residents’ dignity, respect, and personal choices, reports changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and documents care in the POC system. The CNA-NAR (Float) also manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks. Benedictine is a non-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
- Travel to and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required or needed.
