About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a reliable, experienced CNA/NA ready to take the next step into a Lead Caregiver / Supervisor role. This is not your typical caregiver position — you’ll be out in the field, supporting clients and helping guide care across multiple cases. If you like variety, staying active, and being someone the team can count on, this role is for you. The position is full-time and requires travel across Oahu.
Requirements
- Active CNA or NA (Hawaii)
- Flexible and dependable
- Comfortable working with different clients and environments
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Strong communication and basic computer skills required
Responsibilities
- Step in as a floater to cover shifts and support different clients
- Help with daily care (ADLs, companionship, safety)
- Drive clients to appointments and errands when needed
- Complete new client assessments and intakes
- Do reassessments and caregiver supervisory visits
- Support and guide caregivers in the field
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation
