About The Position

Pinecrest Retirement Community is seeking compassionate caregivers who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate will bring joy, dignity, and top-notch care to residents. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, offering emotional support, maintaining documentation, collaborating with the team, and participating in resident activities.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
High school graduate or equivalent is desired
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is preferred
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide License preferred
One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities
Offer kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear
Keep things running smoothly with documentation and teamwork
