About The Position

Pinecrest Retirement Community is seeking compassionate professionals who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of our amazing seniors. We are looking for individuals who bring joy, dignity, and top-notch care wherever they go. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, offering support and a listening ear, maintaining documentation, teamwork, and participating in resident activities.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
High school graduate or equivalent is desired
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is preferred
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide License preferred
One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities
Offer kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear
Keep things running smoothly with documentation and teamwork
