Situated on 15 acres with two ponds, it offers a beautiful garden-like setting for retirement living. As a life care community, Freedom Square provides a seamless transition for residents from independent living to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as their healthcare needs change. The community is a 15-acre certified wildlife habitat. Freedom Square of Seminole is seeking patient-centered CNAs to care for its residents, emphasizing a fun workplace culture, clean facilities, low acuity patients, and good staffing ratios. The team provides extraordinary care and holds each other accountable, operating in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Requirements

Current nursing license with the state of Florida
Energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures and collect specimens as instructed.
Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed.
Answer signal lights promptly.
Change bed linens, make beds and keep rooms clean and orderly.
