About The Position
This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a Memory Care unit. The position is per diem. Brightview Senior Living is looking for individuals who are naturally kind and compassionate, and who thrive on helping others and making a difference in their lives.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current state-required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA.
Nice To Haves
- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and personal care needs to the Nurse, and assist in updating their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
